He obtained Civil Engineering degree from University of Moratuwa in 1992 B.Sc. Eng(Hons) and qualified as Chartered Civil Engineer (CEng; MIE(SL) ) and obtained Master of Business Administration (MBA) from University of Moratuwa and he is a member of Society of Structural Engineers of Sri Lanka (MSSE(SL)). He has more than 20years local and foreign experience in construction industry.
